Anti Joy

We are often in a hurry to find what we want
Not always on the look out for what we do not want
Having much of either is transformative

The opportunity cost of Joy
Is small happiness worth other's pain
When you over think solution is obscured

With under thinking it is never present
We stumble when we feel others pain if we are lucky
