Three Percent

Last solar eclipse I was concerned about the clouds
Totality came through Cleveland then down the shore
It came to me and I understand why people chase
New Zealand 2028 does not seem that far

Certainly more in space
Is anything more precise than eclipse prediction
The ancients built upon the boulders in nature
Erratics the heretics of geology give away secrets

Three percent they probably predicted first
Did some one catch a gleam between the leaves
The math easier to see
I have put these two in a box certain one exists 

The animals did not notice at all
Been cloudy and rainy all week
Three percent transforms in importance
If you looked you did see

Totality introduced itself to everyone
The clouds broke just in time
One hundred percent is unmistakable
Everywhere you could look

There are new approximation of pi to find
I have this idea of three from hundred

What kind of record to set The most people wearing the same hat More people have wore more hats but not the same I am sure Time square NYC NYE 2025 The red necks come to mind The forgotten ones At times more black climbing from their mines People are becoming less interesting The familiar complaint of the youth is indictment the old People used to be better There were more holidays Yet they did more thing Things were also worse You do not have to live in the snow belt You do not have to live on the flood plain We can make better plans None have been good enough to get us beyond here In some countries after the New Year they get ready for the next Old calendars still remembered for various reasons The end result more holidays as May 1rst often joins to Easter holiday In some countries you can see the holiday in the economic data Like those who make most of their money in a short time The more money modern humans make it seems the less the holidays
