Sake

 We do not go in circles around the sun.  The Bantu mark time with events not numbers.  When you ask how old they are they will tell you stories of the year they were born.  Born right after that big flood is the hardest to translate.  Our years are not numbers we are on a journey.  

Numbers simplify.  Math is about finding patterns to solve problems.  When people say they hate math what they hate is being systematic.  The numbers do not look good.  There was a time that I did not know sake was so strong.  Divides my life in two.

More Holidays

What kind of record to set The most people wearing the same hat More people have wore more hats but not the same I am sure Time square NYC NYE 2025 The red necks come to mind The forgotten ones At times more black climbing from their mines People are becoming less interesting The familiar complaint of the youth is indictment the old People used to be better There were more holidays Yet they did more thing Things were also worse You do not have to live in the snow belt You do not have to live on the flood plain We can make better plans None have been good enough to get us beyond here In some countries after the New Year they get ready for the next Old calendars still remembered for various reasons The end result more holidays as May 1rst often joins to Easter holiday In some countries you can see the holiday in the economic data Like those who make most of their money in a short time The more money modern humans make it seems the less the holidays
